Board is a key strategic decision-making body of Charity Fund “Friends”. Basically, it is its Board Of directors. The powers of the Board include amending of the Charter, prioritizing development directions, approval of key partners and projects of the fund.
From 2019 to 2025 Maria was the managing director of the “Friends” foundation. Now she is the executive coach of Skolkovo School of Management. From 2006 to 2019 she was part of the company named Marka, there together with the team she launched city-wide campaigns such as “Night in Museum”, “Night of Arts” “Jaguar Summer Museum”, “Lexus Hybrid Art” and other largescale projects. Maria is an expert in: team management, creative communications, ESG, philanthropy, institutional development, event marketing, charity, culture.
Chaiman in T-Technologies. Former Head of Mastercard Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, and Armenia. Before joining Mastercard Mr Malinovskiy served in senior positions in a number of Russian and international companies which had a lead in high technology sector.
Business professor and Dean for digitalization and operations in Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO. Svetlana is experienced in management in Russian corporations and media holdings. From 2003 to 2014 11 she headed the largest multimedia holding in Russia RIA Novosti. From 2016 to 2018 she was transforming marketing in the largest Russian bank Sberbank and in PWC Russia.
Chairman and President of Alfa Bank. In Alfa-Bank since 1999. Before joining the bank, he served as Mayor of Samara, Deputy Prime Minister of Russian Federation, Minister of Employment and Social Development, First Deputy Head of Presidential Administration.
