Expert council

Expert council of the fund includes charity experts, social figures , social experts. The Council is responsible for strategic decision-making including the development of fund programs.

Nyuta Federmesser
Founder of the hospice Charity Fund Vera, the author of the All-Russian National Front “Care Region”.

In 2006 Nyuta founded hospice charity fund “Vera”. Named after her mother Vera Millionschikova. “Vera” is the only fund in Russia that helps hospices and its patients. Nyuta is also the author of the All-Russian National Front “Care Region”, that protects rights and freedoms of vulnerable citizens.

Faina Zakharova
President of the rescue fund of severely ill children “Life Line”.

Public figure, expert in non-profit sector, author of strategies for charity organizations, also of marketing and fundraising programs. Faina is the member of Public Council of the Ministry of Health of the Russsian Federation and the member of Coordination Board of the Ministry of Economic Development.

Asia Zalogina
President of charity fund ‘The Naked Hearts’

Asia joined the fund team in 2005 as a volunteer., in 2007 she became a managing director and since February 2013 she was appointed as President. She previously worked in the international department of The Moscow State Music Theatre Stanislavsky and Nemirovich-Danchenko and in the publishing house ‘ITC Publishing’.

Larisa Zelkova
Senior Vice-President of PAO GKM ‘Norilsk Nickel’

Larisa has great experience in charity. She is the Chairman of Charity fund of Vladimir Potanin, where she worked as CEO for several years. By the decree of the President of the Russian Federation she was awarded with the Order of Friendship for philanthropic activity.

Artem Shadrin
Director of Social And Economic Design Institute, Leading expert of the Centre for Digital Economic Studies of Statistical Research and Economic Studies Institute HSE.

Former director of Strategic Development and Innovations Department at the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.

Irina Ikonnikova
EX-director, Board Member of PhilIn

At present the PhilIn project, that was managed by Irina, offers systematic professional support to NPOs in different spheres, such as: financial management, IT support, accounting, human resource and legal support. In 2020 PhilIn and Philgood merged. Having connected expertise and experience of both teams, the companies kept the former name and existing product lines in external positioning.
