There are examples of different tasks on the platform, it is handy, as non-professionals often can’t shape them, also volunteers respond very quickly, literally in a few hours, during the day.

I personally am a streamer of webinars about pro bono possibilities for NPO, I always include the story about ProCharity in a presentation and I recommend everyone taking advantage of it.

In 2019 we noticed the ad about the platform, we took a chance. But it is not appropriate to say “we took a chance”, as working with a hired designer you’ve got to risk sometimes even more.

First of all, I would like to mention the work of the support service. They do everything in a wink of an eye, they are polite and involved. This helps quickly place the tasks and correct them if necessary. Also, the amount of volunteer responses is just amazing. If you are lucky, you find the one you need right away, the one that feels what you need and sees the same result of the work as you do.
