For long-term programs the selection of students goes through 3 stages. You have to fill in the profile on the website, then there will be a video interview, after that personal or online meeting with the founders and experts of the School.

We pay attention to lots of factors. For instance, it is important for us to see readiness for cooperation, also to see the motivation to study, and surely the level of your knowledge.

Another reason is the level of ambitions and readiness to solve social problems. We truly respect NPOs, which work with small groups of people and are not planning to grow, but the program of MSPP more likely doesn’t meet their needs.

Not only the founders, but many of the members of the Board, Trustees Council and Expert Counsil of charity fund “Friends” give lectures, workshops and share their experience.

The regular speakers of MSPP are Ingeborga Dapkunaite, Alexei Marei, Svetlana Mironuk, Gor Nakhapetian, Dmitriy Iampolskiy, Ian Ianovskiy.

The course is as interactive as it is possible, even after the lectures, there is always a task. But the major part is workshops, discussions, pitches, group work, excursions.

The course is taught in both formats. If it is long-term, then mostly it is face-to-face in Moscow, during 4-5 days in a month.

First module is always off-site, either it is a comfortable hotel or a country holiday facility not far from Moscow. Sometimes part of modules or intermodule events are held online.

No, it is not. The student is expelled, if more than 30% of classes were missed.

Any candidate can apply with a specification for financial support. We offer our community to support a successful applicant.

But as we admit students by interviewing them, more chances have those who are ready to finance themselves.

There are good programs of studying free of charge, that are financed by funds or NPOs. It is important for us to remain agile and independent, but that is not the main reason of high cost. We seek to make your studies an investment, that multiplies your effectiveness and value as a professional. That means we involve excellent speakers, we pay attention to every student during their studying. We contribute a lot into the development of graduates and expert community, we give possibility only to our graduates to apply for the program “The Team of Professionals”, we give additional educational possibilities. It is very complicated and expensive. It is important for us that the students feel their role and contribution into the development of the industry and were not only users.

Moreover, we seek to involve donors – organizations and individuals – who partly finance the education of students.

Charity fund “Friends” has the license for educational activity. After graduating the course for NPO executives you receive the diploma of charity fund “friends” about professional retraining of the standard form, and the graduates of the course of NPO Managers get certificate of professional development of the standard form.
